It is Time To Grow…

When it comes to my business, The Out of Town Cook, no one can say I am not resilient.  When the pandemic hit I was just hitting my stride with 3 to 5 clients a week having me cook for them in their homes and an occasional  larger job for a special occasion. I was posting on the blog, teaching cooking to children in a local private school and traveling once twice a year taking my demos and classes on the road. Within two weeks of the country going into lockdown I had no clients, no in person teaching and no plans to go on a road tour.  I did what so many others did. I turned to the world of zoom and youtube videos.

Making the videos was challenging and teaching via zoom had it’s own issues.  Cooking is best taught hands on. I was able to launch my Artisan Spice Rubs during the past two years and I have found a place in the world of writing.  There are still a few clients I cook for and I look forward to gettingback out there to do another road tour. But it is time to grow.  The kitchen needs updated equipment and developing recipes takes time and financial support.

I am turning to you, my followers, to ask for your support in this venture. The reward will be, please Gd an amazing cookbook and a whole series of videos to go with the new recipes. I am also planning on expanding the Spice Rub Collection and will amp up production after the Passover Holiday. Your support really does mean the world to me and any amount that you are able to donate to the Go Fund Me account will help to take The Out of Town Cook forward and will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
